UFC® DVD’S ARE THE NUMBER ONE SELLING SPORTS DVD

UFC 69 Number One on Weekly Sports NT Chart

Las Vegas, NV (USA) – The Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®) today announced that it held the number one selling sports DVD in the nation for the fourth week in a row, as reported by Nielson Videoscan week-ending September 16, 2007. UFC 69: SHOOTOUT, which took place April 7, 2007 at the Toyota Center in Houston, went straight to the number one position in its first week out. UFC 68: THE UPRISING has held the number two spot for the last three weeks after holding the number one spot previously for two weeks.

In the action-packed UFC 69 DVD, UFC Welterweight Champion Georges “Rush” St-Pierre goes up against The Ultimate Fighter® 4 winner Matt “The Terror” Serra in his first title defense. The event takes place before a crowd of over 15,000 people. It set the record for the largest gate in Toyota Center history.

The DVD also features an undercard highlighted by the long-awaited rematch of The Ultimate Fighter 1 rivals Diego Sanchez and Josh Koscheck with a total of 9 bouts. Other action-packed match-ups include a heated fight between Roger “El Matador”

Huerta and UFC newcomer Leonard Garcia.

UFC 69 is available nationwide for purchase at major retail and electronic stores including Walmart, K-mart, Blockbuster, Best Buy, Hollywood Video, FYE, Fry's Electronics, J&R, and Amazon.com among others.

The suggested retail price for UFC 69: SHOOTOUT is $19.99. The high demand for more UFC fight DVD’s is being met with consistent releases of two UFC pay per view fights a month in the upcoming year. The UFC DVDs are distributed by First Look Home Entertainment, a division of First Look Studios.
